TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - As many as 636,466 vehicles left Jakarta on Saturday, December 10, 2016, PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk recorded. They left Jakarta through Jagorawi toll; Jakarta-Tangerang and Jakarta-Cikampek.
AVP Corporate Communication of PT Jasa Marga, Dwimawan Heru, said the traffic was increasing during the day. “It grew 19.6 percent averagely compared to normal days’ traffic,” he said in a written statement on Sunday, December 11, 2016.
The surge of the cars that passed through the Cibubur Utama toll gate of Jagorawi toll road heading to Bogor and the vicinity was about 110,382. The number raised 28.9 percent compared to regular traffic activity. Meanwhile, as many as 111,432 vehicles passed through the Karang Tengah toll gate of Jakarta-Tangerang toll road, or around 8.49 percent increase.
The total number of vehicles went through Cikarang Utama toll gate of Jakarta-Cikampek toll road heading to north or south was at 96,235 vehicles. Dwimawan said the number increased 24.3 percent compared to normal days’ traffic activity.
